The ledger unit is one falsifiable claim, not one product page. Record the exact claim, product, feature, version, account, plan, platform, region, language, date, source, evidence state, test method, observed result, confidence, owner, public wording, refresh trigger, superseding evidence, and correction.
Separate announced, documented, enabled, observed, measured, limited, changed, deprecated, and retired states. Publisher evidence establishes what the publisher represented. A controlled test establishes only the tested environment.
The ledger should preserve history. Updating the current state must not erase what was known, uncertain, or incorrectly reported at an earlier date.
