For each material claim, record type, exact wording, citation, resolved source, author or institution, date, version, relevant passage, source type, authority, entailment, recency, jurisdiction, independence, conflict, missing evidence, and reviewer.

Entailment states

Use direct, partial, indirect, conflicting, or absent support.

Revise the claim to the evidence rather than search only for preserving language.

Evidence families

Trace repeated articles to underlying press releases, datasets, interviews, filings, or studies. Count independent evidence families rather than links.

Synthesis

Separate fact, inference, forecast, value judgment, and recommendation.

Disposition

Accept for a named use, revise, independently verify, escalate to qualified review, or reject.

The report can remain useful for discovery while being unfit for decision.
