E004 Recovered Transcript and Historical Correction Boundary

Source state

The E004 transcript was recovered from a Google Drive DOCX rather than created from an audio-controlled transcription pass. It contains mojibake, speech-recognition errors, incorrect names, approximate claims, and no audio-verified quotations.

It is preserved as raw source material. Public derivatives may use its topic order, first-person examples, and broad interpretation. They should not use direct quotations or claim verbatim fidelity until the recording is checked.

Historical corrections

Google's February 15, 2024 Gemini 1.5 announcement described a standard 128,000-token context window and an experimental one-million-token window for a limited group. The transcript repeatedly states 1.5 million.

OpenAI's February 15, 2024 Sora publication presented selected research examples and explicit limitations. It did not establish broad product access, production reliability, rights clearance, physical accuracy, or employment effects.

OpenAI later released Sora as a product in December 2024 and now states that the Sora product is no longer available as of April 26, 2026. That lifecycle belongs in the dated story, not as a current buying guide.

The insurance paper is Christopher Holland and Anil Kavuri's 2023 HICSS-56 paper. The transcript incorrectly says 2003.

Public use

The Episode Story should be transparent about transcript quality and avoid quotation marks. It can preserve the durable connection among visible capability, long context, generated video, installed systems, insurer obligations, and workflow adoption.

Current pricing, subscriptions, product access, model limits, workforce effects, and company-specific insurance claims remain excluded.
