Preparation can strengthen voice by making evidence and the governing question clearer. Editing can weaken voice when it replaces precise experience with interchangeable abstraction or removes every sign of uncertainty and discovery.

Editorial review

The review should compare the premise, outline, recording, edit, transcript, and public page.

It should mark unsupported certainty, generic transitions, imitated language, unexplained claims, removed useful doubt, repeated throat clearing, and moments where lived experience or a concrete example does real work.

The test is not whether the final recording sounds raw. It is whether it sounds like a prepared version of the actual host.

AI can help organize sources, find repetition, propose structure, create transcripts, and surface claims for verification. It should not invent personal experience, impersonate the host, flatten uncertainty, or supply a finished opinion the host has not examined.
