Composite	Elements or people combined from multiple captures
Removal or relocation	Recorded elements deleted or moved
Generative extension	New pixels created beyond or inside the captured frame
Fully generated image	Pixels produced without a corresponding scene capture

These states describe production history, not honesty. A captured image can mislead through framing or context. A composite can transparently communicate an intended memory. Claims about reality require provenance, context, and corroboration.
