Individual AI Data and Identity Research Note
Individual AI should be evaluated as a bundle of components and rights. The phrase can refer to source data, embeddings, memory, a per-user model, system prompts, a knowledge graph, tools, generated output, a voice model, a face or avatar, public conversations, and the hosted software that joins them.
Uare.ai's June 30, 2026 privacy policy describes documents, memories, audio, video, images, voiceprints, facial geometry, conversations, embeddings, sensitive information, public interactions, advertising data, and connected-service data. It says private data is not used to train foundational or shared models.
The current Terms of Service say users own their uploaded content and grant the company a broad operating license. Uare.ai owns the underlying service software and claims no ownership of generated output. The terms refer to exports of memories, context, transcripts, and other Individual AI-related data.
The Trust page says users can control, export, and delete their Individual AI. The public documents do not fully define whether export includes runnable model artifacts, weights, embeddings, graph relationships, prompts, voice assets, avatar assets, tool configuration, or a complete reconstruction path.
A portability test should therefore ask what is downloadable, in which formats, under which schema, with which rights, and whether another provider can reproduce useful behavior. Data portability is not necessarily service portability.
Connected-service exit is separate. The privacy policy says deleting a Uare.ai account does not automatically revoke OAuth authorizations held through Composio as of the policy date. Disconnect or revoke every service before deleting the account.
