Intake

Record platform, channel, date, episode, public or private state, exact issue, consent, access, and retention boundary. Store identity only when necessary.

Classification

Classify factual correction, explanation, production, accessibility, pacing, format, topic, guest, disagreement, usefulness, trust, or harmful conduct.

Representativeness

Record who is missing from the channel. Commenters are not a random sample. Quiet listeners, early leavers, other platforms, and undiscovered audiences are absent.

Evidence

Connect the item to relevant analytics or source checks without claiming that behavior proves motive. Write competing explanations.

Decision

Record correct, clarify, test, change, retain, moderate, remove, escalate, or no action. Name owner, evidence, uncertainty, privacy rule, implementation, expected signal, response, correction path, and review date.

Boundary

Public visibility does not authorize identity reuse. Harm, threats, policy violations, privacy, employment, and legal issues require the applicable platform and qualified process.
