An ODD record should name the system, software and hardware version, vehicle, operator, automation role, roadway types, geography, speed range, traffic conditions, weather, lighting, time, road state, construction handling, emergency interactions, connectivity assumptions, passenger constraints, exclusions, boundary detection, fallback, minimal-risk condition, remote-assistance role, authority source, effective date, and revision history.
A service map is not automatically the full ODD. A permit describes authorized scope, not universal capability or safety. Company documentation describes the operator's represented design and service state.
Every public claim should state the domain at the level needed for the reader's decision.
