Dependency order

Speech intelligibility and stable recording take priority over decorative image quality. Room reflections, microphone distance and direction, background noise, monitoring, and participant technique should be tested before a camera purchase.

Lighting and framing should then be stabilized. Exposure, white balance, focus, shutter, frame rate, and capture behavior can follow.

Remote capture needs isolated tracks when the edit requires them, a reference mix, enough local storage, upload completion, consent, and a tested backup path.

Publishing should be checked with a private or unlisted upload because platform transcodes can expose problems not visible in the local master.

Safety boundary

Mounting, mains power, heat, batteries, hearing level, cable routing, and overhead fixtures can create physical risks. Follow manufacturer instructions and use qualified support when an installation exceeds ordinary consumer setup.
