It should define the represented person or organization, approving owner, permitted audiences, approved source material, topics, claims, links, prohibited representations, disclosure, moderation, correction, data handling, record retention, access, incident response, and revocation.

Consent from a creator does not establish consent from people appearing in that creator's content. Brand ownership does not authorize claims about employees, customers, partners, or products beyond approved evidence.

The shutdown path must disable replies, remove public discovery, revoke access, preserve required records, correct material errors, notify affected owners where appropriate, and document the final state.
