Product and payment boundary

The city currently documents T-money and Cashbee transit cards and points visitors to Naver Map, Kakao Map, Seoul TOPIS, and its Seoul Subway app. App support, foreign-card support, mobile-wallet support, reloading, passes, fares, and airport products can change.

The public guide should not preserve Dalton's remembered ATM amount, airport layout, mobile-wallet compatibility, or T-money loading process as current universal advice.

Arrival record

The traveler needs the exact arrival airport and terminal, lodging address in Korean and English, first route, payment method, luggage constraints, accessibility requirements, expected arrival time, last-service boundary, and backup.

The first-trip record should identify each operator and transfer. A route that is technically available may not fit luggage, a damaged elevator, an injured traveler, or a late arrival.

Historical connection

Dalton found Seoul's train and bus network broad and useful but struggled with navigation, language, payment preparation, and airport backtracking while injured. That experience supports a prepared first-journey method, not a fixed app or cash instruction.
