Tesla's October 2024 We, Robot event should be maintained as three product records.

Cybercab was revealed as a purpose-built vehicle concept without conventional driver controls. Robovan was revealed as a larger passenger or cargo concept. Optimus units interacted with attendees in a controlled venue.

The event supports the fact of reveal and bounded observation. Company price, cost-per-mile, production, service, capability, and schedule statements remain forecasts or claims until later evidence moves the product state.

July 2026 company-source update

Tesla's 2025 Form 10-K states that the company launched a Robotaxi service using Model Y vehicles in June 2025 and expects Cybercab to join later. It describes Optimus as a product under development and commercialization.

Tesla's January 2026 update lists Cybercab as tooling and an Optimus facility as construction. It also presents later production plans. The filing warns that installed capacity is not current production rate.

These disclosures do not establish Cybercab customer delivery, Robovan production, general driverless availability, a particular permit, safety performance, or autonomous Optimus work.
