Truth-Seeking Review Protocol Record

Group contract

The invitation names the question, decision owner, participants, purpose, confidentiality boundary, record policy, time box, and whether the group advises, decides, or reviews.

The focal claim must be capable of being wrong. At least one competing explanation is written before discussion.

Evidence protocol

Each material source is classified by producer, purpose, evidence, incentives, and limits. Lateral reading checks how independent sources characterize it.

Participants record an initial conclusion, confidence, evidence, uncertainty, and disconfirming signal before discussion. The meeting compares the strongest support for competing explanations.

Safety and power

Psychological safety is a group belief and operating condition, not a meeting promise. The facilitator must account for power, retaliation, status, participation pressure, identity, and real consequences.

Good intent does not erase conflict, incentive, pattern, policy violation, or harm.

Output

The record includes confidence updates, dissent, the owner’s decision, action, evidence to collect, correction trigger, and review date.

The group cannot replace medical, mental-health, legal, employment, security, financial, governance, or other qualified authority.
