Uare.ai creates an Individual AI from personal knowledge, memories, voice, images, and behavior. This profile maps data, sharing, export, deletion, and tools.

Uare.ai Individual AI
Uare.ai Individual AI is a personal AI system built from one person's knowledge, memories, documents, voice, images, video, writing, conversations, and preferences. It can answer questions, generate content, present a voice or avatar, interact publicly, and connect to outside services.
The central product promise is not merely personalization. Uare.ai says the individual controls, exports, and deletes the system. Those rights need to be evaluated component by component.

The visual highlights why "ownership" is not one object. User content, hosted models, software, public interactions, exports, and connected actions can have different rights.
What is personalized
The current privacy policy says the service can process text notes, documents, personal memories, biographical material, photos, audio, video, personality descriptions, voice configurations, avatar configurations, conversations, and embeddings.
Uare.ai says it uses these inputs to create the system's knowledge, personality, communication style, avatar, and voice. It says private data is used only to train the user's private model and embeddings, not foundational or shared models.
That description does not reveal every underlying model, hosting route, training method, or inference provider. A user should not assume the entire system is a new foundation model trained from scratch on one person.
Content, software, and output rights
The current Terms of Service distinguish several rights.
Users represent that they own the content they upload. They give Uare.ai and its affiliates a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use that content to operate the service and train Individual AIs under the terms. Uare.ai says it claims no ownership of generated output.
Uare.ai and its licensors own the underlying service technology and software. The user receives a limited license to use the service.
This is common for hosted software, but it means "your AI" does not automatically mean "your copy of the entire software and model stack."
Export and portability
The Trust page says users can export their Individual AI on request. The terms refer to exporting memories, context, transcripts, and other Individual AI-related data.
The public documents do not fully specify the export package. A serious portability review should identify the formats, schema, media, embeddings, memory, graph relationships, prompts, settings, voice assets, avatar assets, public conversations, tool configuration, and model artifacts included.
It should also test whether another provider can reconstruct useful behavior from the export. A downloadable archive can satisfy data access while leaving the working system dependent on Uare.ai.
Deletion and revocation
The Trust page says deletion removes data from active systems and purges backups on a retention cycle. The privacy policy allows deletion requests subject to legal and operational limits.
Connected services require an extra step. The June 2026 policy says account deletion does not automatically revoke authorizations held through Composio. Users should disconnect each integration before account deletion or revoke it directly with the original service or Composio.
Biometric data has a separate notice and retention boundary. Voiceprints and facial geometry should be included in the user's deletion and verification checklist.
Public Individual AIs
When a user makes an Individual AI public, other people can interact with it. The privacy policy says the creator can view those conversations and any information visitors choose to share.
Visitors should therefore treat a public Individual AI as a conversation with a hosted service and the AI's creator, not as a private exchange with a neutral model.
Creators need controls for disclosure, impersonation, outdated answers, sensitive topics, moderation, correction, and takedown. They also need a way to separate their views from generated language that merely resembles them.
Connected-service actions
Uare.ai can connect to email, calendars, messages, documents, productivity systems, customer records, payments, and social media through Model Context Protocol and Composio.
The privacy policy says connected content is processed per turn, capped at 10KB per call, and excluded from long-term memory and model training. Composio holds the OAuth tokens.
Before enabling a tool, inspect the exact scopes, the actions available, the confirmation step, the audit trail, and the rollback path. A system that reflects a person's style should not receive broad permission to act as that person by default.
Sensitive information
The product can feel like a natural place for personal archives, health experiences, legal records, financial material, family memories, and third-party conversations. That convenience increases consequence.
The policy allows users to provide sensitive information and says public Individual AI creators can see visitor conversations. The terms restrict some high-risk legal, financial, and health uses.
Do not upload confidential or third-party material merely because it would improve personalization. Confirm rights, necessity, audience, retention, and exit first.
