Dates that control the historical record
CoTracker3 and Sparsh were part of Meta's fall 2024 research sequence. The Movie Gen official publication page is dated October 16, 2024. The Spirit LM paper first appeared in February 2024 and its October revision aligned with Meta's October 18 release announcement.
The episode was published in late November 2024. Later product releases cannot be projected backward into the episode.
Source hierarchy
Papers control method and reported evaluation claims. Repositories control the presence of code, checkpoints, revision history, and file-level licenses. License pages control the permitted use of covered artifacts. Product announcements control a product's stated access at that date.
Marketing labels such as launch, open, or available are not enough. The public map should name the artifact, the source, the access path, the rights boundary, and the date checked.
