Company and product boundary

Uare.ai, Inc is the company named in the June 30, 2026 privacy policy. Uare.ai is also the platform brand. Individual AI is the company's name for a person-centered system created through the platform.

The product can include a private per-user model, embeddings, memory, voice configuration, avatar, public profile, conversations, generated outputs, and connected-service data. Those components have different ownership, export, deletion, and security properties.

The human-first thesis

Uare.ai describes its approach as human-first AI. The individual supplies the distinctive knowledge and expression. The system helps that person reuse or share them.

That framing is useful because it restores the source person to the product story. It does not resolve the technical and contractual questions on its own.

An Individual AI can be deeply personalized without being portable. A user can own uploaded content without owning the service code or model weights. A private model can still depend on cloud infrastructure and outside providers. A system can avoid training a public foundation model while still processing personal information for operation, analytics, security, advertising, and service improvement.

Data and identity

The current privacy policy describes a broad data set. It includes account and payment data, documents, notes, memories, photos, audio, video, voiceprints, facial geometry, conversations, transcripts, embeddings, connected-service content, usage data, sensitive information, and information from other users.

The policy says private data, voice, likeness, and Individual AI content are not used to train foundational or shared models. It says data is used to train a private per-user model and embeddings.

The same policy says Uare.ai and advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies for interest-based advertising. It also warns that the creator of a public Individual AI can view a visitor's conversation, including sensitive information the visitor chooses to provide.

These details matter more than the broad phrase "your data is yours."

Ownership and control

The current Trust page says users can develop, export, and delete their Individual AI. It says private data is isolated and not used for public models.

The current Terms of Service make the boundary more exact. Uare.ai and its licensors own the underlying software. Users represent that they own their uploaded content and give Uare.ai a broad license to operate the service. The terms say Uare.ai claims no ownership of generated output.

The terms also refer to exporting memories, context, transcripts, and other Individual AI data. They do not establish from the public text that a user can export a runnable model, model weights, complete knowledge graph, voice system, avatar system, or identical agent to another provider.

Control should therefore be tested as a bundle: input rights, access, sharing, connected-service authorization, output rights, export format, deletion, revocation, continued operation, and vendor exit.

Connected services

The privacy policy says Uare.ai can use Model Context Protocol and Composio to connect to email, calendars, messaging, document storage, productivity systems, customer records, payments, and social media.

It says connected content is handled per turn, truncated at 10KB, and not stored in long-term memory or used for model training. OAuth credentials are held by Composio as a subprocessor.

The policy also warns that deleting a Uare.ai account does not automatically revoke connected-service authorizations as of June 30, 2026. A user must disconnect them first or revoke them with the provider or Composio.

That is a critical exit step and should be visible in the product.

Why the company matters to this conversation

Uare.ai makes a broader debate concrete. If AI is built from a person's life, who can run it, move it, inspect it, share it, profit from it, correct it, and turn it off?

The company offers meaningful current controls and unusually detailed public policy language. It also illustrates why ownership cannot be inferred from product naming. The service, software, models, content, identity assets, integrations, and public conversations have different boundaries.
